Shipping policy
Order processing
All orders are printed and packed on demand by our fulfilment partner. This usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During busy periods (new releases, holidays, etc.), fulfilment times can be slightly longer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the number of items in your cart. We use our print partner’s live rates so you’re only charged what it costs to ship your order.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are shown or charged according to your local regulations and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times
Once fulfilled, typical delivery times are:

UK: usually 3–7 business days

Europe: usually 5–10 business days

North America: usually 5–10 business days

Rest of world: usually 7–20 business days
These are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or local disruptions.
Where we ship
We ship worldwide to most countries. However, there may be locations where our carriers or fulfilment centres cannot deliver due to shipping restrictions, sanctions, or service limitations. If we’re unable to ship to your address after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
We’re currently unable to deliver to PO boxes in some regions where our carriers do not support this. If this affects your order, we’ll get in touch to update your address.
Split shipments
Because items are made to order and may be fulfilled at different facilities, your order might arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking information for each shipment and you won’t be charged extra shipping beyond what you paid at checkout.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility where applicable. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering if you’re unsure.
Incorrect addresses and unclaimed packages
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we can usually resend it, but you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, we’ll handle this in line with our Returns Policy.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or you believe your order is lost, contact us at info@tenderloinmusic.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with our fulfilment partner and the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
Please allow a few extra days beyond the estimated delivery window before treating a shipment as lost, especially around holidays or during major disruptions.
