There’s nothing quite like live music, but if you’re neurodivergent or have sensory sensitivities, gigs and club nights can be a real mixed bag. Loud sounds, flashing lights, tight crowds, and unpredictable social dynamics can all add up to overstimulation or anxiety, leading very quickly to feeling burnt out.
