Feeling like a fraud? You’re not alone

Imposter syndrome is something a lot of musicians struggle with—feeling like you’re not good enough, like you don’t belong, or that your success is just luck rather than actual talent and hard work. But for neurodivergent musicians, those feelings can be even more overwhelming. When your brain works differently and the music industry isn’t always built with you in mind, self-doubt can creep in fast.

The truth is, imposter syndrome is really common in all creative fields. All musicians deal with it at some point. But if you're neurodivergent, the pressure to fit into a world designed for neurotypical people can make those feelings even more intense.
