Encouraging creativity for neurodivergent musicians
Recently in our community, our member Ginger posed a great question about how to encourage creativity. This got me thinking about ways we can make our lives and brains more creative so that making music happens easily and enjoyably. Here are some strategies that work for me to cultivate an environment and mindset that makes creating accessible—a happy place free of pressure and self-criticism.
